We are now offering a six session course to parents of adolescents/young adults to prepare for the transition home from treatment (wilderness, therapeutic boarding school, etc.). Parents will work directly with one of our coaches, using The Road Home course book. You will be taken through a structured process of creating a home agreement, establishing healthy boundaries, and learning transparent and respectful communication skills. Between virtual meetings with the coach, parents commit to doing work outside of the session times, and the coach will edit and refine the home agreement alongside the parents. 

This is an exciting format for us to offer.  This is individual coaching – not a group class. In the first meeting, the coach will get a history of your family and explore your family dynamic patterns, so that the work is specifically tailored to you. When possible, the coach will also consult with therapists who are currently with your child at treatment, so that we can collaborate on the home agreement.
