The Ruben Group provides concierge coaching and case management, empowering individuals and families to create meaningful change while building a safe, supportive foundation for lasting connection and growth.

We offer personalized coaching and case management for individuals and families. Our team brings decades of experience, using a unique blend of relational, pragmatic and experiential approaches tailored to your specific needs.

We work with individuals in all phases of life and the issues that arise. Often this involves coaching an adolescent who is struggling, or a young person trying to successfully move into adulthood.

We support families in managing very complicated mental health situations. Mental illness can be a years-long or even lifelong condition, and we partner with families through crises, setting goals and expectations, and improving day-to-day communication and family dynamics. Whether supporting one person or the entire family system, our goal is to create a values-driven foundation where choices and boundaries reflect what matters most to you.

We meet individuals and families wherever they are on their journey. Whether you’re exploring the right path for yourself or loved one at home, or evaluating treatment center options, we’re here to help. If residential programs aren’t being considered, we assist in building a wrap-around support team, helping clients identify which is the right level of needed support that is not going to overwhelm their loved one. Our approach is fully tailored to meet the unique needs of each family, and we’re skilled in adapting to constantly evolving situations with creative, flexible solutions.

Most of our work with clients is done by phone or zoom. We also do in-person visits to support families during transitions and important crossroads.

Our team members have specialties beyond treating anxiety and depression, and including parent coaching, substance abuse, severe mental illness, LGBTQIA+ issues, neurodiversity, and attachment issues. We’ve worked in settings such as private therapy practices, residential and outpatient treatment programs, and wilderness therapy.
